Resident Evil Village Upcoming DLC Leaks & Rumours

Resident Evil Village was launched last month with incredible critical and commercial success, and Capcom has definitely taken note. On the day 3 of the E3 2021 during the showcase of the company, the producer of Resident Evil, Tsuyoshi Kanda, announced that the work on the DLC for Resident Evil Village had already begun. Unfortunately, it has not shared specific details. More information will soon be available, but by then, the fans will have to speculate on what the DLC extensions could include. Our personal wish is a DLC campaign centered on Lady Alcina Dimitrescu, the nasty of the game. There is already a mod where you can embody Lady Dimitrescu in Resident Evil 3 - Why not formalize something like that? Even if Capcom prefers not to let the players enter his giant shoes, many players would like a second opportunity to run around his mansion, trying to escape his attention. Or do not try very hard, depending on the case.

Tsuyoshi Kanda also discussed the next Resident Evil Re: Verse, a multiplayer experience at which Resident Evil Village owners will have free access. Apparently, Re: Verse will be posted next month, so the players will soon be able to endorse the roles of their heroes Resident Evil preferred and fight their biological weapons Resident Evil preferred - or vice versa. Anyway, it promises to be a ton of pleasure. We know we're looking forward to getting your hand on a playable Nemesis.

Whether you have liked or hated the many resident Evil Village twists, we can not deny that this title has had a huge impact on the industry. This will probably affect the future of Resident Evil because the rumor says that Resident Evil 9 production has already begun. We would have liked to see an index in this year's E3, but the confirmation that Capcom has more to come for Resident Evil Village is also welcome.

Resident Evil Village is now available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X | s.
