11 Bit Studios announced The Alters and released the trailer.

The player must be JAN Dolski, who has arrived on a distant planet, and must create his own Alters. In this work, it seems to discover that it exists as a summary of countless decisions that will affect the whole life, despite being a momentary event.

In the trailer, you can see how the awakening JAN is confused by meeting multiple yourself. According to the game director Tomasz Kisilewicz, these are not clones but alters (alternative versions of the same person). Each Alters has the skill set needed to achieve success, and players need to take care of all of them. The choice of the player seems to determine how each person's life, personality, and what kind of relationship to build.

It is said that this work is produced by UNREALENGINE for about three years by the 11 Bit Studios The War of Mine development team.

The Alters will be released on PC (Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG). The release date has not been revealed at this time.
